⚠️ Experimental pre-Fiduciary Technology

This agreement governs use of Reblock's Decentralized Autonomous Trustee ("DAT"), a smart contract system that operates without human intervention. By proceeding, you assume all risks associated with this experimental technology.

DAT TERMS OF USE (v1.0)

1. Nature of Service

1.1 The DAT is a non-fiduciary tool that executes predefined instructions via blockchain smart contracts. It is not a licensed trustee, lawyer, or financial advisor under any jurisdiction's laws.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 You must independently:

  • Verify the DATs compliance with local inheritance, trust, and property laws
  • Ensure tax obligations are met for all transactions
  • Maintain backup access to required private keys/wallets
3. Risk Disclosure

3.1 You acknowledge the following risks:

  • Smart contract failures: Code errors may result in permanent asset loss
  • Regulatory actions: DAT operations may be deemed illegal in your jurisdiction
  • Irreversibility: Transactions cannot be undone if instructions are incorrect
4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 Reblock disclaims all liability for:

  • Consequences of DAT operations
  • Loss of access due to key mismanagement
  • Regulatory penalties incurred by users
